Our Staff
Our friendly and courteous staff is comprised of enrolled agents and other IRS-authorized tax practitioners. Rely on us for accurate, timely, complete tax preparation, representation, and other business services.
Electronic Filing
We offer FREE electronic filing for federal income tax returns with paid tax preparation. For 2012, e-filing starts January 17th and ends April 17th for timely filed returns. On April 17th we normally file extensions only. The last date for filing returns on extensions is October 15th.
Tax Preparation
We prepare all business and individual income tax returns, both federal and state. We prefer interviews with first-time clients in order for them to enjoy more accurate and complete tax returns. We also specialize in returns of foreign nationals who work for US companies. Of course, we can help obtain ITINs.
Tax Planning/Consultations
Tax planning and consults are normally free to our existing clients. We work with taxpayers on current and prior-year tax returns and represent taxpayers before IRS as needed. We are always available to help our clients streamline their tax situations, setup new business entities, advise on record keeping, filing requirements and much more.
Business & Non-Profit Services
We offer a wide range of services to small and medium business and non-profit organizations from full-charge bookkeeping and payroll to selected areas. We work with our clients based on their needs and existing software.
